TAMPAN Deeply Moved by Nationwide Outpouring of Love Following Legendary Actor Ogogo’s Death

The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has officially extended its heartfelt appreciation to Nigerians, fans, and well-wishers across the globe for their extraordinary support following the death of Nollywood icon Alhaji Taiwo Hassan, widely known as Ogogo.

Following the burial of the screen veteran in his ancestral home of Ilaro, Ogun State, the leadership of the theater body released a public message acknowledging the massive solidarity shown to the late actor’s family. TAMPAN expressed deep gratitude for the prayers, financial assistance, and emotional encouragement offered by fans, corporate partners, and government leaders throughout Ogogo’s illness and funeral proceedings.
