Entrepreneur Urges Ogun Youths to Embrace Discipline and Excellence
Young people interested in business have been encouraged to be disciplined and strive for excellence. This message came from entrepreneur Ayoola Osunleye during an event in Abeokuta, Ogun State, marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary.
Osunleye, who leads Ayoludanth Nigeria Enterprises Limited, spoke to hundreds of youths at Mologede Toun, urging them to be brave in pursuing their goals. He emphasized that being original, focused, and truthful can help them earn the trust of others.
He shared his own journey, mentioning that he started his entrepreneurial path in secondary school by raising chickens and selling meat pies. Over time, he expanded into agriculture and construction, working with various government levels to build houses, roads, and drainage systems.
Osunleye advised the youths to keep moving forward, even when faced with challenges. He encouraged them to start small and be patient, as local efforts can lead to global success. He also stressed the importance of having a mentor to guide them, citing Mr. Akinwunmi Adesina, a former Minister of Agriculture, as his own inspiration.
