Iranian Military Claims Increased Strength Amid Ongoing Conflict

Iran’s military is reportedly stronger and more motivated now than when the conflict with the United States and Israel began in February, according to an army spokesman. This claim was made by Mohammad Akraminia and reported by Iranian state media.

Akraminia stated that the Iranian armed forces have gained valuable experience from their confrontations with US and Israeli forces. He emphasized that they are on higher alert and possess greater motivation and self-confidence than before.

The conflict started with significant strikes from the US and Israel in late February and has since reached a stalemate. Iran has been working to limit traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial waterway for global oil shipments.

According to Akraminia, Iranian forces maintain control over the Strait and will keep it closed until the US meets Tehran’s demands. He mentioned that the response from the Iranian military would be swift and effective.

In recent developments, US President Donald Trump confirmed new strikes against Iran, following reports of attacks on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian media reported two explosions on the island and stated that Iranian air defenses had shot down a US drone in the area.
