APC Reopens Nationwide Digital Membership Registration Drive

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially announced the nationwide reopening of its electronic membership registration exercise across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

According to an official statement issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the electronic registration drive will formally commence on Monday, August 31, 2026. The initiative is structured to expand the party’s grassroots reach while building a verified, data-driven national membership database ahead of upcoming political engagements.

The party leadership called on existing members seeking to update their personal information, as well as citizens intending to join the party, to participate actively in the exercise. Morka highlighted that transitioning to a fully digital roster will enhance internal democracy, streamline member verification, and improve organizational discipline across ward levels.

The APC national secretariat urged state chapters, local government coordinators, and ward executives to mobilize residents within their communities to ensure a smooth and inclusive exercise when portal access opens.
