Ingentia Energies Aims for 30,000 Barrels of Oil Per Day by 2030

Nigeria’s oil production is expected to rise as Ingentia Energies Limited aims to reach 30,000 barrels of oil per day by 2030. Victor Abgaroji, the company’s Managing Director, shared this goal during a visit to the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) in Abuja.

Abgaroji noted that Ingentia Energies has already increased its production to over 5,000 barrels per day, a significant improvement since it took over its operations. He emphasized the company’s commitment to operational excellence and responsible development while preparing for future growth.

He highlighted the important role of local companies in boosting Nigeria’s oil production and called for more opportunities for those that have successfully turned their assets into profitable operations. Abgaroji believes that recognizing these companies will encourage further participation in the industry.

The Chief Executive of NUPRC, Oritsemeyiwa Eyesan, congratulated Ingentia Energies on its production increase and praised its growth strategy. She stressed the need for companies to follow regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards as they grow.

Eyesan also pointed out that strong financial resources and technical skills are essential for companies looking to join future licensing rounds. She noted that operators must show they have the expertise and capability to develop oil assets responsibly.

This visit highlights Ingentia Energies’ dedication to building strong relationships with regulators and key players in the industry as it works towards becoming a leading local energy company. With its current production and clear plans for future growth, Ingentia Energies is focused on creating lasting value and supporting the development of Nigeria’s oil sector.
