Benue Coalition Backs Tinubu’s 2027 Presidential Bid

A coalition in Benue State, called the Benue Strategic Alliance for Tinubu 2027, has pledged to support President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 general elections. They plan to collaborate with political parties that have chosen Tinubu as their candidate.

The announcement was made on Tuesday by Dan-Morgan Ihomun, the group’s Publicity Secretary and Administrative Officer. He also shared that Chief Akange Audu has been appointed as the Director-General of the alliance following a meeting in Abuja.

In addition to Audu, other key appointments include Joshua Sale as Deputy Director, Msughve Ayua as Secretary, and Chief Mrs. Joyce Tarka as Head of Women Affairs. The coalition aims to strengthen its structure and mobilize support across Benue State.

The alliance is committed to supporting not only Tinubu’s re-election but also candidates for the National and State Assemblies from the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by Austin Agada. They plan to work closely with local and ward committees to enhance their grassroots efforts.

The coalition is open to working with all political parties that support President Tinubu’s candidacy for the 2027 elections.
