The global travel industry’s leading players, including major airlines, hotels, fintech firms, and travel platforms, are set to converge in Amsterdam from October 20 to 22, 2025, to showcase cutting-edge innovations and technologies poised to shape the future of post-pandemic travel recovery.

The highly anticipated Loyalty & Awards summit, organised by Global Flight, an independent management firm specializing in customer loyalty programmes within the travel industry, promises to spotlight strategic trends crucial for industry growth, including customer retention, hyper-personalisation, and the expansion of non-air revenue streams.

According to a statement from the organisers, delegates will comprise high-level representatives from major airlines, including the three global alliances – SkyTeam, OneWorld, and Star Alliance. Other participants will include hotels, car rental companies, banks, booking platforms, cruise lines, and IT suppliers, fostering a comprehensive gathering of the travel ecosystem.

Featured sessions at the summit are designed to delve into critical industry topics.
