BTO Group Targets 90% Vote Share for Tinubu and Total APC Sweep in Ondo

The political momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections has received a major boost in Ondo State as the BTO for PBAT ’27 Support Group officially rolled out its machinery, setting a bold target to deliver 90 percent of the state’s total votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The movement, inspired by the grassroots political network of the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made the declaration during a strategic coordination meeting. According to the Director-General of the group, Ogbeni Adojutelegan Adesuyi Gideon, the organization is activating a synchronized, door-to-door campaign footprint spanning all 18 local government areas, wards, and polling units across the state.

Adojutelegan stressed that the 90 percent target is backed by a disciplined mobilization strategy designed to engage youth groups, women, market associations, artisans, and community stakeholders. Beyond the presidential ticket, the group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting all duly nominated APC candidates for the National and State Assemblies, preaching internal party cohesion and a unified front.

“Our position is clear and unwavering: every duly nominated candidate of the APC in Ondo State is our candidate,” the group stated. “From the grassroots to the ballot box, we are ready to consolidate the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda and secure a resounding victory.”

Political analysts note that the aggressive mobilization drive by the BTO structure underscores the fierce regional positioning and high stakes within the ruling party as factions race to demonstrate loyalty and deliver decisive numbers for the presidency come 2027.
