Barcelona’s Dani Olmo Out for a Month Due to Thigh Injury

Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo will be out for about a month due to a left thigh injury. This means he will miss the important match against Real Madrid on Sunday.

The injury was confirmed after tests showed the extent of the damage. Olmo got hurt during a Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain, which Barcelona lost.

In addition to the Clasico, Olmo will miss league matches against Alaves and Atletico Madrid, as well as a Champions League game against Aston Villa. He is also likely to be unavailable for Spain’s upcoming Nations League games against the Czech Republic and England.

Olmo, who is 28 years old, joined Barcelona from RB Leipzig in 2024. He has had a history of injuries throughout his career.
