Ned Nwoko Insists Regina Daniels’ Medical Reports Are Genuine, Cites ‘Consistent and Deeply Alarming’ Toxicology Results

The public marital dispute between Senator Ned Nwoko and Nollywood actress Regina Daniels escalated today, Saturday, November 15, 2025, after the Senator released a fresh statement reaffirming the authenticity of the highly controversial medical reports circulating on social media. The reports allege severe substance abuse by the actress.

Nwoko, who represents the Delta North Senatorial District, released the statement via his official social media channels to address the controversy that erupted after Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja released a disclaimer denying responsibility for the reports’ circulation.

The Senator’s communication team argued that the hospital’s statement only affirmed its commitment to client confidentiality by denying the release of the documents, but stopped short of dismissing the reports as fake or false.

“The reports are genuine. The rehabilitation centre only clarified that it did not publish or circulate the documents, which is expected because medical institutions must protect client confidentiality,” the statement read. “They did not deny authoring the reports; their concern is the leak itself.”

Toxicology Findings and New Allegations

Nwoko’s team further urged the public to read the documents carefully, stating that they “explain the situation clearly and directly.” The statement claimed that both the toxicology report and the Serenity Hospital report confirm the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Morphine, Opiates at “extremely elevated levels,” and Alcohol at a “critically dangerous level.”

In a new revelation, the Senator’s team also cited “The Nizamiya Hospital report dated 3rd October,” which allegedly states that Regina Daniels was brought into the facility unconscious from a drug overdose. “These facts are documented, consistent, and deeply alarming,” the statement concluded, framing the actress’s current behaviour as a result of her battle with substance addiction.

In direct contrast, Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Sweezy, has vehemently denied the claims, accusing Nwoko of fabricating the documents, including her marriage certificate and voter’s card, as a political tool. The ongoing saga continues to dominate public discourse, highlighting deep divisions and serious accusations within the high-profile family.
